CT Scan

Thanks to CT scanning (computed tomography, often called a “CAT” scan) doctors can view a “slice” of the human body painlessly. Often used to diagnose life-threatening conditions and issues like cancer, blood clots, infections, lung and liver disease, head and spine injuries and internal bleeding, Crossroads Community Hospital includes CT scans among the variety of diagnostic tools we use to give patients of all ages a clear picture of illness and injury.

Crossroads Community Hospital uses a 64-slice CT scanner, which offers unprecedented speed and outstanding image quality while also providing information to your physician faster. This may lead to more accurate diagnoses and treatment options. Scans are quick and noninvasive.

We offer CAT scan services on an emergency basis 24/7 and on an outpatient basis Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
